Notable Trainings

Marina

Professionally trained in Dramatic Arts, Classical and Contemporary Dance, with training in yoga, singing, gentle gymnastics and body expression.

Having been connected to theatre, the arts and expression since childhood, at the age of twenty I began my professional artistic path, feeling a spiritual restlessness that led me to India. I trained in Yoga in Rishikesh, deepening my practice in Ashtanga and its traditional foundations.

During these years I also trained professionally in classical and contemporary dance and taught classes in pilates, dance, gymnastics for adults, musical theatre and text-based theatre.

In my case, the arts have always been connected to a constant interest in the social field, which has led me to become involved in various social and educational projects with different groups in society.

My journey has allowed me to stay connected with my instrument through artistic expression, discipline and training. At the same time, the practice of yoga has allowed me to relate to it and to the world with awareness, presence and purpose, finding in stillness a space for observation and inner connection.

Grisel

She trained in Hatha Yoga five years ago in Argentina, her native country, and has since deepened her practice with another 400-hour training in Spain. Throughout this time, she has broadened her perspective by incorporating other practices that approach the body from different angles, such as the Blandine Calais method, which explores anatomy and conscious movement, Traditional Thai massage, somatic therapy, and herbal medicine, with a special sensitivity to nature.

In her classes, she offers a space to reconnect with the body: with sensations, breath, and listening. She understands contact with oneself and the environment as a fundamental tool for inhabiting oneself with greater presence and care. Through movement and attention, she invites participants to get to know themselves better, both physically and more subconsciously.

She integrates everything she has learned from the philosophy of Yoga, accompanying each process in a close, respectful, and mindful way.
