Yoga Nidra

Deep conscious relaxation practice that guides body and mind towards a state between wakefulness and sleep. Reduces stress, improves rest and connects you with a feeling of inner calm.

Pranayama / Meditation

Breathing exercises that balance the nervous system, increase vital energy and promote concentration. Meditation techniques to develop mindfulness, emotional stability and mental clarity.

Restorative Yoga

Introspective and gentle style that, in a passive way, works on the deepest tissues (ligaments and fascia). The body and mind are restored through the practice of postures held for minutes, facilitating flexibility, relaxation and inner peace.

Hatha Yoga

Classical form of Yoga focused on foundational postures and breathing techniques (Pranayama). It is an accessible style perfect for those who want to strengthen their body, improve posture and calm the mind at a slow pace.

Sivananda Yoga

Traditional style of integral Yoga described by Swami Sivananda Saraswati that combines Asanas (postures), breathing (Pranayama), relaxation (Shavasana) and yogic philosophy. It is structured in fixed sequences that include the 12 main Asanas, Pranayama and meditation, facilitating overall well-being, balance and vitality.

Hatha Vinyasa Yoga

Dynamic practice that coordinates movement and breathing (Vinyasa) in fluid sequences. It promotes improvement in mobility, strength and psychomotricity, with the classical base of Hatha Yoga but more dynamism.

Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga

Vigorous style structured in fixed series of Asanas linked with breathing. It requires discipline and improves psychomotricity, strength and flexibility. Ideal for those seeking results through a more intense and focused practice.

Ashtanga Mysore

Teaching method where we all coexist and in which the transmission of knowledge is one-on-one. This type of practice originated in the Indian city of Mysore by Sri Krishna Pattabhi Jois

Who we are?

We are a team of practitioners with more than 20 years of experience and teachers accredited by the Yoga Alliance. Our training comes from various renowned international schools such as Bihar School of Yoga, Munger (India) with Swami Niranjananda Saraswati, Krishnamacharr Yogshala, Mysore (India) with BSN Iyengar, Universal Yoga Training Centre, McLeod Ganj (India) with Vijay Amar and Anuttara Yoga Shala, Rishikesh (India), led by master Anup Gupta and our mentor school.

Our teaching approach combines the experience accumulated as practitioners and over more than 15 years as Yoga instructors, following the traditional method transmitted by Anup Gupta.

Our intention is to accompany you on a path towards a more balanced, conscious and healthy life.

Yoga, in all its forms, has demonstrated its great capacity to maintain and enhance health and well-being. In the program of classes offered at the center, we want to bring you closer to the different styles of Yoga, the ancient techniques and the theoretical and philosophical knowledge on which the art of Yoga is based.

Dani is an experienced yoga teacher with over 15 years of personal practice and more than a decade of teaching. Trained in India and certified by Yoga Alliance, he specializes in traditional styles such as Hatha and Ashtanga, offering classes that combine discipline, awareness, and a deep connection to authentic yogic practice.

Manu

Manu is a highly experienced yoga teacher with over 25 years of personal practice and around 15 years of teaching experience. Holding a PhD in Health and Life Sciences, he combines scientific knowledge with traditional yogic training from India, offering thoughtful, well-structured classes that promote balance, awareness, and overall well-being.

Marina

Marina is a multidisciplinary teacher with a background in dramatic arts, classical and contemporary dance, and yoga. Trained in Rishikesh, India, she integrates movement, breath, and artistic expression into her classes, creating a mindful and expressive practice that fosters awareness, creativity, and inner connection.
