Our training comes from various renowned international schools such as Bihar School of Yoga, Munger (India) with Swami Niranjananda Saraswati, Krishnamacharr Yogshala, Mysore (India) with BSN Iyengar, Universal Yoga Training Centre, McLeod Ganj (India) with Vijay Amar and Anuttara Yoga Shala, Rishikesh (India), led by master Anup Gupta and our mentor school.
Our teaching approach combines the experience accumulated as practitioners and over more than 15 years as Yoga instructors, following the traditional method transmitted by Anup Gupta.
