YOGA TEACHER TRAINING COURSE (October 2026)
A 100 or 200-hour Yoga Alliance certified “Ashtanga Vinyasa Mysore YTTC” together with teacher Anup Gupta at our mentor school Anuttara Yoga Shala in Rishikesh.
From our center Anuttara Yoga Shala Barcelona, we provide all the necessary assistance, accompany you before and during the trip, offer simultaneous Spanish translations whenever needed, and support you throughout the entire experience.
For both the 100h and 200h YTTC, we will fly on October 1st and arrive comfortably in Rishikesh on October 2nd, ready to explore the city. Training begins on October 3rd.
- The complete 200-hour course ends on October 28th, and we return home on October 29th.
- The complete 100-hour course ends on October 17th, and we return home on October 18th.
Of course, you also have the possibility to arrive earlier or stay longer independently.
Your registration includes
- Full accommodation in a private room with bathroom.
- Two generous meals per day plus tea, pastries, and fruit during breaks.
- Sundays are free days and meals are not served at the school.
- A relaxing Ayurvedic massage.
- A sightseeing tour around Rishikesh.
- Round-trip transportation from Dehradun/Rishikesh airport (when traveling with the group).
Daily Schedule
- 6:30am – 7:30am → Pranayama / Meditation
- 7:30am – 8:00am → Tea with pastries or fruit
- 8:30am – 10:30am → Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga – Guided Primary Series or Mysore Style
- 10:30am – 12:30pm → Lunch
- 12:30pm – 1:30pm → Yoga Anatomy
- 1:30pm – 2:30pm → Yoga Philosophy
- 2:30pm – 3:30pm → Meditation, Yoga Nidra, or Ayurveda
- 3:30pm – 4:00pm → Tea with pastries or fruit
- 4:00pm – 6:00pm → Alignment and hands-on Asana adjustments
- 6:00pm – 7:30pm → Dinner
Additional Information
The price includes all educational material used during the course, as well as additional Yoga practices such as Jala Neti, Sutra Neti, and more.
On the final day of the course, a Yoga Alliance certification ceremony will take place.
The countdown begins. Don’t worry about anything — simply allow yourself to flow with the experience. Trust us, everything has been carefully planned.
