Yoga Nidra

Restorative Yoga

Introspective and gentle style that, in a passive way, works on the deepest tissues (ligaments and fascia). The body and mind are restored through the practice of postures held for minutes, facilitating flexibility, relaxation and inner peace.

Hatha Yoga

Classical form of Yoga focused on foundational postures and breathing techniques (Pranayama). It is an accessible style perfect for those who want to strengthen their body, improve posture and calm the mind at a slow pace.

Sivananda Yoga

Traditional style of integral Yoga described by Swami Sivananda Saraswati that combines Asanas (postures), breathing (Pranayama), relaxation (Shavasana) and yogic philosophy. It is structured in fixed sequences that include the 12 main Asanas, Pranayama and meditation, facilitating overall well-being, balance and vitality.

Hatha Vinyasa Yoga

Dynamic practice that coordinates movement and breathing (Vinyasa) in fluid sequences. It promotes improvement in mobility, strength and psychomotricity, with the classical base of Hatha Yoga but more dynamism.

Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga

Vigorous style structured in fixed series of Asanas linked with breathing. It requires discipline and improves psychomotricity, strength and flexibility. Ideal for those seeking results through a more intense and focused practice.

Ashtanga Mysore

Teaching method where we all coexist and in which the transmission of knowledge is one-on-one. This type of practice originated in the Indian city of Mysore by Sri Krishna Pattabhi Jois
